This year’s Economic Forum in Karpacz, held September 3-5, 2024, attracted more than 6,000 participants. We discussed the economic New Deal in Europe and the need for change with Polish ministers and prime ministers who have made more than one change, i.e. prof. Grzegorz Kołodko, Janusz Steinhoff, Ph.D., Mateusz Morawiecki, prof. Dariusz Rosati This was followed by a panel on tax predictability in Poland and the EU and the prospect of change – a particularly important topic when the Minister of Finance Andrzej Domański, CFA is preparing 9 new and invasive tax changes. Finally, the impact of one of the key areas of our economy – telecommunications, on economic growth, development and society. Plus more than a dozen working meetings and agreements.
