Konrad Raczkowski
Professor of economics and management. Specialises in management in economic system, public finances and informal economy. Since 2012 is the head of the Economic Institute of University of Social Sciences in Warsaw and the chair of the Department of Economic Security Management. From 2015 member of the National Development Council of the President of the Republic of Poland. Since 2016 responsible for management and supervision of the financial market. Former Deputy Minister of Finance (2015/2016).

Since 2010 serves as an expert and reviewer for Parliamentary Research Bureau of the Chancellery of the Parliament, economic organisations, enterprises and international institutions. Between 2003-2013 was an employee of the Ministry of Finance. Cooperated with European Commission European Anti-Fraud Office in Brussels and Institute for Security and Development Policy in Stockholm. Is Swedish government scholar in management (2009), member of the State Examination Commission for Tax Advisers, member of the Royal Economic Society and British Academy of Management. Author of about 100 scientific papers.

2007 – head of the Customs Service Award
