Konrad Raczkowski
Professor of economics and management. Specialises in management in economic system, public finances, informal economy and corporate restructurings. Since 2012 is the head of the Economic Institute of University of Social Sciences in Warsaw and the chair of the Department of Economic Management. From 2015 member of the National Development Council of the President of the Republic of Poland. He performs management and supervisory functions in the financial and industrial market in Poland and Canada. Former Deputy Minister of Finance (2015/2016).
He acts as an expert and advisor to public institutions, business organisations and enterprises. In the years 2003-2013, he worked in the Ministry of Finance. He cooperated with the European Anti-Fraud Office in Brussels and the Institute for Security and Development Policy in Stockholm (Visiting Fellow). He completed a three-year postdoctoral internship in economic sciences at the Institute of Organization and Management in Industry “Orgmasz” in Warsaw (2006-2009). He is Swedish government scholarship holder in the field of management (2009), member of the State Examination Commission for Tax Advisors (6th term), member of the Royal Economic Society and British Academy of Management. Author of over 100 scientific publications.

Author of about 100 scientific papers.
